oooooooooooh nooooooooo :( ive got 14 with this company lined up so far !

why are they so "terrible" ?:(

Bad attitudes (they think they are doing YOU a favour and should feel grateful to them), poor pay - all fees have been reduced from when the work was run by the Kantar Operations subsiduaries, as others have said it takes ages to get back to you about jobs - a lot of the time my diary has been filled by the time they let me know - and also poor at paying expenses.

I guess its different for you - having worked full time in market research this long means I am used to so many companies and different ways of doing things. Plus I was used to being paid more for projects, whereas you guys know no better - I just resent being offered work for a lot less than I was on before.

Just a hint - enrol in bmi's Diamond Club if you are going to do the flights and collect air miles. You get virtually none for Tiny flights, but loads for business and premium economy. I already have 155k air miles so thats another perk thats a bit pointless, though I was half considering doing a few to retain my bmi gold membership.

This mystery shopping lark sounds very interesting. I'd like to try it but would be wary of giving my bank details over the internet to a company I know relatively little about. Does anyone have any experience / opinion on this?

    Thanks.
  • The ones I have worked for have been very professional and very helpful should I have a problem. I am just getting to grips with the diferent payment dates but so far so good.
