Did my first reveal MS yesterday and it was so funny when I had to hand over the letter.
The staff started to ask how they had did, and then remembered that I wasn't allowed to say anything.
It all seemed quite funny, as all I could do was keep this embarressed smile on my face, while I collected all by bits together and walked out the store.0 -

The exactly the same has happened to me. I thought this meant it hadn't been submitted but then I got an email to say it had.
I have also got another job to report on but cant't get on it at all now!!!! ARGH
I emailed them and they just said you will have to leave it for now, anyone any ideas on when I can get the reports on????
Also what is the deal with them saying about visues? Is that implying we have caught viruses off them?????? Which cannot be good.
Also, today I was doing 2 assignments for TNS for an electrical store, two different locations, I did the first one no problems but then when I went to do the second one, somebody from the first one must have rang them to inform them what I looked like, and I was confronted. I denied all knowledge but I know it affected the service, especially confirmed when I had to produce a letter at the end. Anybody got any ideas on how I should report on this?
Surely this isn't good from the clients point of view that stores a co-operating as to what the mystery shopper looks like?
Any ideas welcomed. Cheers0 -

:eek:oh god i would have died and gone bright red
:rotfl:
I would contact TNS and say that you were confronted and recognised as a mystery shopper
explain what you have said on here
My sister did the same job as you are describing and when she presented the letter the member of staff looked shocked and said " Oh !!! we thought the mystery shopper was a man" :rotfl:
yes stores do "tip off" other stores in the area
my hubby is a retail manager for a large mobile phone retailerand very often the stores ring round to say the MSer is in the area if they have just been shopped
i think a lot of staff know they are being MSed by the specific Qs asked :rolleyes:0 -
