Just done yet another MS and the wonderful friendly staff as usual did not look at me or smile or greet and all the other things that just seem like common decency.
Not that I am bothered, but how am I suppose to fathom their eye colour for the report .... and I then forgot something because I was trying so hard to catch their eye.
Is it just me ?0 -
And don't anyone dare say that I am too ugly to look at !!0

wantmorejobs wrote:Also, today I was doing 2 assignments for TNS for an electrical store, two different locations, I did the first one no problems but then when I went to do the second one, somebody from the first one must have rang them to inform them what I looked like, and I was confronted. I denied all knowledge but I know it affected the service, especially confirmed when I had to produce a letter at the end.
I do sympathise for you. All the recent TNS reveal visits to "c" stores have been very uncomfortable. I try to avoid them now if I can. Before last Autumn, the shopper had to go back into the store afterwards and announce him/herself to the duty manager - doing this was not usually a problem and often you could avoid bumping into the salesperson that you had been fake with. Not any more though: now there is no alternative than coming clean to the salesperson. I can't imagine that anybody actually enjoys that moment.
I understand that the store changed this so that they didnt have to process the transaction and then the refund which sometimes caused problems. Personally i think that the new way sucks!
To go into a store and get confronted, then deny it, then do the survey and then have to come clean to the salesman... I think I would rather the ground open and swallow me up!
Saying that though, i think the store staff were dumb for confronting you in the first place. They could have got themselves a 100% score if they had played their advantage better, but as it ended up there's a chance that your results won't apply and they'll end up being reshopped0 -

Is it just me ?Thankfully, not many reports require that! I mean, brown or hazel, does it have to be so precise?
