How much does Retail Maxim pay for travel expenses and how do they pay you and how long does it take them to pay you?

They pay 22p per mile, + car parking. The cut off date for assignments is the 14th of the month and they pay direct to your bank account on the 26th of each month. Works great for me - no waiting until the following month to get paid!

Apologies if this has already been covered but I work full time and have started doing the odd MS job at weekends. I sent off the letter to Inland Revenue notifying them of this and today got a letter asking for £18 odd for NI contributions. I haven't made a lot more than this - is this right or is there something I have missed?
Any other full time workers willing to say what they pay in tax and NI?

I did my first job with retail maxim a while ago and was wondering how we get paid?....I don't ever remember filling in any pay details and I don't remember having a profile/log in account on their website?..can anyone confirm
