From the excellent records on this forum (I looked back on my previous posts) I am able to deduct that I retook the test on the 9th and my acceptance was made on the 17th.
I have sent off their paperwork back to them, but am still waiting for my log on details, and of course the 'easy' first assignments they will test me on again.
Imagine that will be soon though.

thanks
Money should be paid by BACS and hit your account on the 26th of the month. Don't think you can log on via their website - best bet is to give them a ring. I've always found them really friendly

Sorry if this question has already been asked. I have recently signed up for grass roots and completed 7 assignments for them all on the week Jan 1 - 7. Any idea if they have a set pay day or how long it takes to get paid. I know retail eyes are the 15th of the following month, but just wonder if GR make you wait that long too?0

Hiya
I have been missing out on all my local MS - did my last two yesterday. And what a disaster.
Both shops went pear shaped, especially the second, when I walked out because of poor frustration (they had forgotten about me).
Then to top things off, when I went to key in my results, I seemed to get struck in a loop, kept bouncing back a couple of questions and just couldn't get out. I tried calling company, but no one there.
Fingers crossed I can get it sort today.
Oh, just remembered got one for late next month, but it isn't fee paying - just re-imbursement.0 -
Well i have been the only person doing MS's in my area for grass roots for about a year now, and i rang them the minute i got the email request (was at work so i had phone to hand) and someone had already beaten me to it!
Poor Do's. Gonna have to be even quicker next time *groan*0 -

They don't seem to have a set pay date and money can appear in your account anytime between 1-4 weeks after the job. I would give it a little while longer, and if you don't recieve a payment, give them a ring and ask. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Thanks becles, I'm just impatient!
