Most cs was good, but had a couple of dodgy ones. One today was particularly bad and feel bad myself that I have to report what happened. What is other people's experience of this? Usually tend to give the benefit of the doubt to people (within reason) but feels so mean to write bad things. Do you think companies just give staff a reprimand?
dont feel bad you are just doing your job
as well as being "reprimanded" they use the score / outcome to assess how well or not ! customer service training is working etc and how they can improve
In hubbys line of work his bonus is dependent on his staff getting a good MS score !! :rotfl:0 -

You have to fill out an exemption from NI form if you earn less than £4465 from self employment otherwise you will be billed each quarter. There is a form you can print off and post off but can't find it at present...anyone else?0
