you might find that you get faster with the questionnaires as time goes by,they take me no time at all now
If its the DIY store i do regularly with Grassroots ? there is no way you should have taken 2 hrs plus another 30 mins on the questionnaire !!!
Im in store for about 30 mins then another 15 mins on the questionnaire
The service was bad, didn't get approached then had to wait for both enquiries and the second was interuppted while she went of to deal with another (irate) customer so I guess I was just unlucky. By the time I'd been to the loo to check my paperwork and make sure I hadn't missed anything and then looked for something to buy that I wanted as they don't give you much of a budget... it soon mounted up. (it was probably nearer 1:45 when I think about it) Hope the branch get a kick up the whatsit for their poor service though. Having said that, the first member of staff, when I finally got to speak to her, couldn't have done more to be helpful, just took time to get there - maybe I let her be too helpful and should have cut her off mid-flow!
I agree that next time it will be quicker as I won't have problems with the questionaire and will be better equipped to remember what I'm looking for. Also found there was not enough space in the boxes to give a proper account of how bad the service was - but then that is their problem and not mine, I did my best.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -

I've only been taxed on the cash element (£10) so I've paid £1.36. I know it's not much, but considering the work you have to do, it does make you wonder if it's worth it!2015 comp wins - £370.25
Recent wins: gym class, baby stuff
Thanks to everyone who posts freebies and comps! :j0 -

I think tax in general gives everyone this impression - In my full-time work, when I look at what Tax and NI I pay, it means I work 1 week a month i.e. 37 hours just to pay my tax bill!
MS is helping me pay off my debts, once their paid I probably won't continue with it! But when I did my accounts for MS last week - I have £100 travel costs, £40odd tax and have earn't about £160 profit wise on 33 assignments. That ammounts to £4.84 per MS.
DEBT FREE for the first time in 10 years and with savings!

Re: resizing your scans/photos to GAP's standards
I'm not a techie either, but I have found a way of doing it. (I use a scanner myself, but I don't think it matters whether it's a camera or a scanner, as they're all Jpeg files).
What I do is open the file in Microsoft Photo Editor. At the top, go to Image, then Resize, and then change the percentages to about 80-85%, that's usually enough.
You can check the size of your file when looking at it in My Files, or wherever it is, by hovering your mouse over the icon and it will then say how many KBs it is (remember GAP wants then under 300KB).
Hope I explained that okay0 -
I got my first payment form TNS yesterday! It'll help nicely towards all the bits for Christmas I forgot

does it say sales # ?
you usually have the date / time / operator number and sometimes store number then a longer number which is usually the transaction number
