Just a reminder - remember not to mention clients and fees in the same post!
Congrats - hope the job goes well for you. Take a small notepad and pen or use a text message saved to drafts, as you need to remember a lot for that one! Here I go again on my own....0 -

well done, good luck, try not to be tough as the person your m/shopping maybe dependant on their job, I went to another builders office on their development where the first question was, was she wearing her name badge? answer was no so i asked casually, sorry iv forgotten your name, usually girls wear a name badge to help people like me remember who they are s,he laughed and said yes we do BUT
She showed me hers with a broken pin which she had placed on her desk so she was trying to comply with rules, displaying the badge whilst awaiting a new one.
I ticked the box.
Companies spend huge amounts on training and need M/Shoppers to back that up, so please be fair to all, the person and the company.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0 -

Good points terrierlady and I always ensure that I look at the whole picture before making snap judgements.
I have applied to mystery dining too but no reply as yet.
I made 2 visits today to a fast food style diner - the downside after 3 visits I am beginning to go off this particular type of food, the smell, the logo everything the PLUS side ...........
well at the one at lunch-time whilst standing in a queue with 24 other individuals I was asked out on a date !!!! by someone standing in the queue ha ha me, been married for 16 years and have 4 children and that was the highlight of my day !, great confidence boost that was.
