Quidco total rubbish

This is a moan! Really fed up with Quidco. I have a substantial amount of cash back due and there seems to be problems with all of them. I'm fed up of having to raise claims for legitimate transactions and then being told to wait 6 months for cash back of £2. I know it is extra money that you wouldn't get otherwise but they charge £5 fee and customer services are terrible.
OK thanks rant over :j

Depends on the company you try and get cashback with. It's mostly their fault. I've some cashback waiting for More Than that I bought in April. Still saying tracked. But others I've had good success with.0

I prefer top cash back.No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Just got my £50 cashback from More Than, I bought the policy in mid Jan!!! Hopefully it will arrive in time for Christmas!0 -
Not really used the site too much and at present still waiting for cash back but I think they can all have their issue. I made two purchases via Maximiles and although it showed straight away after three months I was not given the points and had to go to customer services for them to add the points manually (usually as a good will gesture!).
I have had two purchases not track via Quidco, one they have added as tracking and the second they say hey need more information (an order number that the site do not provide as I use them from time to time) but other than a copy of the order email and dispatch there is no more I can provide to prove purchase and delivery!Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
Good afternoon,
@henmuffin – I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble with your cashback, as it’s the last thing that we want. Unfortunately, we are reliant on other third parties to obtain cashback as well as for tracking, but we will always do everything we can do make the process as smooth as we can for you. I note that you say that you’re having to raise a lot of claims, which usually points to something within your browser settings preventing the tracking from taking place. If you haven’t already, do take a look at our best tracking guide, here, as we usually find this helps with tracking.
If any of your cashback is delayed, do please contact us via this link so we can investigate this further for you.
Many thanks,
Rosie

I agree quidco are a joke.
I've had 3 big purchases not track from the first 3 months of this year. One finally paid, the other two are still outstanding and quidco say they are doing all they can.
I call BS - how difficult is it to pick up the phone to confirm that the transaction has taken place?Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
Oh dear. And I've only just joined Quidco, too.0

I had a few hundred £s tracked but unpaid (some from 18 months ago). Complained via live chat and all but £70 has now been paid. Seems you can get it sorted - just takes a kick up the @rse.Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

As you can see from my signature, I use Quidco and on the whole, don't have too many problems. One or two of my larger purchases have been slow to pay but a gentle reminder to them usually seems to do the trick. In four years I have only had to raise about 4 claims and I believe that was a browser issue my end.
I think the main thing to do when using the site is be sensible with your purchasing. Only purchase through it if it's the absolutely best deal you can get. If you are relying on the cashback to help you out and can't afford to wait, then don't use it. However, if you see it as a bonus, as and when it pays out, it's fabulous.
I still can't get my head around how it works but as long as the payments keep coming, why not!0
