They do say that they cannot refund or exchange after dispatch so guessing not. However mooncup themselves no longer do a 3 month guarantee as I emailed them in June last year enquiring about it and this is the reply I got:-

Ok, I've taken the plunge and ordered one! All of this faffing around is just wasting time and I know that I will eventually anyway. I'll let You know how I get on with it, it'll be a few weeks wait though! Drats!
