I've just been trailing round some of the reusables sites and getting realy confused. I think I'd prefer the ones with the waterproof backing but they don't all seem to do that. I'm seriously considering making my own...I found this pattern site
http://www.wen.org.uk/sanpro/reports/makeyourown_web.pdf
But I wonder where you can get the waterproof material from? A tent shop?? I'm not asking in Millets!!0 -
Maybe I can use up some of my old carrier bags!!0

I've seen it 3 times, including at the Albert Hall on V day, with Eve, Isobella Rosollini and a top cast on V day. I cried like a little girl! Refresh my memory about the tampon though?May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -

There wasn't a whole monologue about it but they did a "what would your vagina say if it could talk" part where the vagina raged against having a tampon stuffed inside it and got reallly angry and the actress appeared to get quite worked up, she was roaring! (I didn't have quite as famous people as you, think she was off The Bill or something!!)0 -
Ah! Some of those one liners were great!
What a great thread!May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
Let's bump this thread up again
I've been a pround owner of a Mooncup for almost 3 months now and cannot believe how I managed without one for all those years! It's brilliant (and DH is fed up listening to me go on and on about how great it is), so if there's anyone reading this and not sure whether to get one, GO AND GET ONE!!! :j
