I am so happy with my hampers, for me they were worth the wait and the customer service I received was excellent.

I wasn't actually expecting the Christmas Basket to come in a hamper basket. I thought it was just going to be a tray/open basket like the cheese and preserve ones.

These all look fantastic - if I get these I will be totally delighted - they all look lovely!
The christmas ones especially look fabby! :T:T:T:T

I understand how some people are feeling disappointed but I think communicating directly with the NHcompany will probably resolve most issues (I'm pretty sure this is a steep learning curve for them - and I'm sure they will take all feedback onboard - good and bad!).
I am sure that they would want to resolve peoples issues as a happy customer is a returning customer and a returning customer usually brings more!:beer:

I am looking forward to getting mine and I'm sure they won't disappoint! If they are anything like these ones I will be delighted with them!:rotfl:

Well, I chose to do it - nobody made me.

The Christmas Basket in the Festive Special Deal (the £24.99 on their website) was supposed to have these items:
Christmas Basket
Christmas Pudding
Ginger Biscuits
Lemon Curd
Shortbread Fingers
Christmas Fruit Cake
Strawberry Preserve

Or at least that is what I was expecting
So really I think it's just the ginger biscuits missing but they may have put in an extra shortbread fingers?
I'd be happy with any of the above they look lovely!

And how many people have slated BHS as they didn't get their hampers? That was a huge blunder. I am sticking up for this company because, as of yet, i have nothing to complain about! I just don't understand why you are badmouthing a company that you haven't even bought anything from. That makes no sense to me.
