I am so happy with my hampers, for me they were worth the wait and the customer service I received was excellent.
  • I wasn't actually expecting the Christmas Basket to come in a hamper basket. I thought it was just going to be a tray/open basket like the cheese and preserve ones.

I haven't ordered any of the above hampers but I think they look lovely!

These all look fantastic - if I get these I will be totally delighted - they all look lovely!
The christmas ones especially look fabby! :T:T:T:T

I understand how some people are feeling disappointed but I think communicating directly with the NHcompany will probably resolve most issues (I'm pretty sure this is a steep learning curve for them - and I'm sure they will take all feedback onboard - good and bad!).
I am sure that they would want to resolve peoples issues as a happy customer is a returning customer and a returning customer usually brings more!

I am looking forward to getting mine and I'm sure they won't disappoint! If they are anything like these ones I will be delighted with them!:rotfl:
:rotfl:If it weren't for stress I'd have no energy at all. First rule of acting: Whatever happens, look as if it were intended.;)
Don't follow in my footsteps, I walk into walls:smileyhea When in doubt .............mumble.
I may look busy, but I'm just confused.:T I smile because i have no idea what's going on.:rotfl:

I was expecting a bit more too - 431 has brandy butter, 450 has a box of 6 mince pies.

The pudding is here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Festive-Fayre-Christmas-Pudding-Sultanas/dp/B009P2HN90 £3.29.

Well, I chose to do it - nobody made me.

The Christmas Basket in the Festive Special Deal (the £24.99 on their website) was supposed to have these items:
    Christmas Basket
    Christmas Pudding
    Ginger Biscuits
    Lemon Curd
    Shortbread Fingers
    Christmas Fruit Cake
    Strawberry Preserve

Or at least that is what I was expecting :o
So really I think it's just the ginger biscuits missing but they may have put in an extra shortbread fingers?
I'd be happy with any of the above they look lovely!

If you look at post 724 I've listed the differences in weight/size between what was advertised and received:
    Christmas Pudding 454g 350g
    Ginger Biscuits none
    Lemon Curd 320g 113g
    Shortbread Fingers 150g 2x80G
Christmas Fruit Cake a 'bar' 5.25 inches x 2.25 inches
    Strawberry Preserve 340g 113g
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
  • Ah yes I see what you mean. It is less I didn't have the weights of items on my list.

And how many people have slated BHS as they didn't get their hampers? That was a huge blunder. I am sticking up for this company because, as of yet, i have nothing to complain about! I just don't understand why you are badmouthing a company that you haven't even bought anything from. That makes no sense to me.
