this is for you quintwins just in case you have missed it .would you now like to make a comment on this post.

No i didn't miss it at all other than the xmas one (which to be fair they are very busy and under pressure and i'm sure if luxor messages them they will sort something with them as everyone so far has found them very helpful) the contents is of similar value, which is stated in there terms and conditions, items are bound to be thin on the ground right now- they even had to order 2 of my baskets in as i requested massive ones.

New customers will be able to see the unhappy comments (and hopefully any resolutions that come later) from genuine posters who have purchased the deals and can give genuine feedback, all your doing is bad mouth and scaremongering, if come the 25th dec we all post to say our hampers were great and everyone loved there gifts and no-one had a bad word to say about them you'd still be here telling us it's too good to be true, if i didn't know any better i'd say this is a personal attack on them, or perhaps your they're competition and are annoyed there doing so well?

My 6 hampers arrived a few minutes ago :D

They're great - I'm really pleased with them and they're excellent value for the price I paid. I like the hampers that the Galaxy ones are in - are the straps leather? They're lovely quality baskets.

I think the little jam and lemon curd pots are really cute and they're a nice size for the great-grandmother we are giving them to, as she won't feel guilty about not using a whole jar within the time limit.

The 'just add cheese' baskets are really lovely. My chutney is 'mixed fruit' which sounds yummy. I will feed back to Neill that the cellophane on one was torn so he can bear it in kind when packing future orders. Putting wicker hampers on top of it seems to be what's caused the tears.

So, in case anyone is reading the posts here and deciding whether to order or not this is now TEN hampers I've had and I have been very happy with all of them. I have ordered again (the 6-month offer that ended on the 5th).

    I'm a satisfied customer :D
    thats good news :)

This is a open forum and as i have said already Neil is welcome to reply to my posts and prove me wrong by sending everyone what they expected if not give them a refund.
With regards to .. in talks with hes lawyers ... do me a favour .
And i thought he told people he could not read this thread.

People come into the shop and tell him what's being written on here, and he gets calls from people saying 'jellyhead on MSE's sweetie hamper looks too small' etc. (I was gutted about that because I was pleased with my hamper and thought it looked nice when first opened, and it was full, so for him to get negativity about it bothered me).

He's probably joined as an ordinary member to view the forum anyway - I hope so because he should be able to see what people are saying, especially if it harms his business.

I'm going to leave a twitter message saying I'm pleased with my hampers ... if I manage to do it right - twitter confuses me!

  • Another day and still no hampers... fingers crossed for tomorrow otherwise I've wasted my £55...
I don't doubt that I will receive them (sometime before Christmas!) and I really don't think the company have set out to do this BUT they have certainly taken on more than they could cope with... I just feel a bit peed off that I've wasted so much time waiting, reorganising my schedule and had to go out and buy presents 'just in case' they don't turn up in time :-(
Glad there have been some positive stories around today though

The delivery company leave a card so you can organise another day for redelivery - you don't have to wait in :)

Just wanted to let you all know my hampers turned up about 20 mins ago, and they are amazing even the retro sweet ones (ordered 2). If anyone wants to know contents etc please give me a shout.

I ordered the 12 + 12, and the four with the 2 £50 free ones, I think they were the festive special.

Mine were fine but I did request no christmas stuff!!!

I don't like mince pies, christmas cake/pudding. I did get biscuits, sweets, pât!, pears in syrup, when I've finally got my 2 off to sleep I'll make a list of what's in each hamper.

I wasn't expecting £50 worth of stuff I just divided the cost of the deal by the amount of hampers i.e £15 so I am more than pleased with my lot.
