    I am one of his customers that will not be putting in a claim as I was fortunate to get my expected hampers just a bit late.
    I have paid for another 40 hampers throughout the year so I am interested to see how things progress and hopefully not end up out of pocket.
    I do think he has buried his head in the sand throughout December just hoping that things would get better, but it got worse and worse!
    I hope he gets the correct help to sort things out, but remember he is human and we all make mistakes. It's how we say sorry and make amends that's important.
    I do hope he refunds everyone entitled to one for their sake as well as for the benefit of his family and his company.

    I would get your money back now; before it's too late.

    I for one have emailed asking for a full refund. I have also drafted a letter giving 14 days to refund or a claim will be made via the courts. It is sitting here ready to be posted tomorrow by recorded delivery, so unless I hear before 0900 tomorrow, it will be winging it's way along the A47 and up the Acle straight.
  • Ppc guy, why has he only replied to your emails?

    What's made him pick you out of the no doubt hundreds of emails?

    Mine is already posted, athough, I am thinking of making an extra visit to see my brothers and drop a copy in.

    My family lived in Stalham for years before mum & nan died and they scattered a bit, they probably know Neil as he had a shop there.

    He has got his personal email address by apparently being 'polite' and offering to help give advice to Neil. Ppc is not a customer who has purchased a hamper...they claim they were intruigued by this mess so want to help out.

    The email address I think he used was posted on here by someone who found it on one of their pieces of correspondence. I think it was the googlemail address that appears on his LinkedIn profile.

    I would assume that some customers will have also tried to get a reply by using this other email address. Yet to hear of anyone else bar PPC who has had a reply though from any email account belonging to Neil. It's very suss as far as I can see. If he is seriously starting the refund process tomorrow as ppc claims, then where is the group email stating this. Why would you disclose this sort of info to a non customer and ignore your genuine ones. Very odd behaviour.

    it was also on his golf profile but he has now restricted access to it
