Retail watchdog “reassured” after delivery delays spark complaints ...
Says customers will get refunds

I hope I'm wrong but I think if we were going to get refunds he would have refunded already. At least for those promised delivery first week in December anyway. Especially those like me who on receiving the email regarding delays asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded.:j Trytryagain FLYLADY - SAYE £700 each month Premium Bonds £713 Mortgage Was £100,000@20/6/08 now zilch 21/4/15:beer: WTL - 52 (I'll do it 4 MUM)0

Lets hope so but as you can't believe a word that comes out of this guys mouth then i'm not so sure :mad::mad::mad:0 -
Thanks to everybody who has contacted the local radio, tv station, papers etc.
Although some people have received stuff today I am not one of them. I filed two Paypal complaints on Saturday & I have just sent an email to NHC cancelling both my orders & asking for a refund as a back up measure.
Update
Just had the standard c**p email saying how busy they are in reply to my email0 -
Shame its too late this year for Watchdog, I am sure a few angry customers on a mini bus turning up @ shop or @ his home to give them a peace of their mind wouldn't do a miss. I wonder if he is stalling for time with T&S and his customers. Get a charge back or Paypal as soon as assuming you in time0

Well as expected I got !!!!!! all from this conman today. I'm grateful to everyone who has dug up his dodgy past as it's more for me to use when posting on EVERY review site I can find. Last week, I emailed Media 10 who run the Ideal Home Show and pointed them in the direction of this site and Twitter asking if they were aware that the company was acting in this way. I've also set up reminders to check the Suffolk Hampers website in case he tries his tricks on that site. I don't want anyone on here to lose anymore than they already have, but I won't be happy until this odious cretin is barred from acting as a company director again.0
