My first 4 (from the 12 + 12 deal) didn't arrive (not that I thought they would). Raised my PayPal claim on Fri and it doesn't look like he's replying to them either as they advise they await seller's response! I had a similar claim recently - non arrival of goods from e-bay and it was resolved within one day. What I would really like to know is was it his intention from the beginning to scam us or exceptionally poor management. He's had more than ample time to remedy this fiasco.

The story has just been aired on BBC Radio Norfolk. Trading standards said local deliveries are being made today and that Norfolk Hampers will refund everyone who doesn't receive their orders.

That was about the jist of it. I was hoping to hear my dulcet tones over the airwaves as I spoke to the radio station this morning

My deal goes back as far as April. Had to chase up each month to get deliveries, I find it all quite stressful each month. Must say I have been quite happy with the ones I have received but some were a bit sub standard. I'm missing hampers from November and then at end of December. I usually find that I get the hampers eventually but never when promised which means I have missed birthdays and anniversarys

Reading back, I think ***cupcake*** had it sussed a while back.
Post HERE, one or two other rightly (albeit with hindsight also smelled a rat).

He got it out and the original poster (also on twitter feed) has never posted on MSE since (could well be legitimate reason and nothing sinister intended at all as may well have been used).
He's now got it out on other places as well as well as MSE, tv and radio, local press etc. lol

Will anyone ever be brave enough to recommend the company on MSE ever again?? Anyone not connected I mean and if it survives.

Anyone got a link to the tv or radio interviews??
Maybe later once broadcast??

This was his first big mistake, the last thing any company wants to do is upset a whole bunch of MSEers as this idiot is beginning to find out. While he used the odd person to get his business advertised here, we will use every avenue we have within our power to make sure he never rips off another person.

Even when this business dies which it will without question, along with our money, I will be watching to see what half cocked business he comes up with next.

I have a big mouth when it comes to people trying to take advantage of others and a very very long memory.

Now, must go and tidy up a bit before Neil, Neill or Nells police men come knocking.

Perhaps someone who is speaking to the media could mention that it has come to light that Neil & Caroline Alvey who run the NHCo previously owned a company called GIFT BASKETS GALORE LIMITED which was originally run from a shop in Stalham then the trading address was changed to a residential property in Caister in March 2009 before the company was dissolved in November 2009. A local journalist may be able to dig up a bit more info on that business & find out whether or not there was a lot of customers left unhappy & out of pocket then too.
