Just seen it on our local news! Look east. Says 50 orders outstanding!

Just checked what came i had ordered 2 galaxy from the 12+12 deal

in hamper 1

eco bag hot choc 150g
cookie crumble slices 6 pack
galaxy square 38g x2
galaxy caramel 48g x2
galaxy smooth milk 46g x2
minstrels 42g x2
galaxy bubbles bar 31g
galaxy cookie crumble 44g
galaxy roasted&hazelnuts 45g
galaxy ripple 33g

hamper 2
eco bag hot choc 150g
galaxy choc cake bars 5 pack
galaxy caramel 48g x2
galaxy smooth milk 46g x2
galaxy bubbles bar 31g
galaxy cookie crumble 44g
galaxy roasted&hazelnuts 45g
so no minstrels x2, no galaxy squares x2, no galaxy ripple

so 5 items missing out of the 2nd hamper, now my problem is what to do with paypal claim i have started i don't believe he will send hampers for the next 11 months.

Just re watched the news piece. It said that the owner of a Norfolk hamper company admits that some people won't get their hampers on time for Xmas. They said that the company is being investigated by trading standards and that there are 50 orders outstanding.... That's all that was said. There were pictures of the website but that was all.

Have rang Norfolk Radio and spoke to Susie. They are getting loads of people calling in! She says they are going to try and speak to the company and also to Trading Standards.
She also said to try and listen to their drivetime show later (via iplayer if you dont likve in Norfolk) as thats when they hope to put it out on the radio

50 orders possibly (although I don't believe it), but one person ordered 30 hampers to different addresses and NONE of them are out for delivery. Plus, we already know that this man is a serial liar, and has told huge lies for the last three weeks.

I say he's an incompetent idiot and very probably a crook, thief and whatever other name there may be for someone who is as dishonest as Neil Alvey is.

I also ordered from this company in November and have tried to wait patiently for the first of my 12 month hamper deal to arrive. As it hasnt i have now filled out the CAB form, emailed the company and raised a dispute with paypal With just a few days to go on my 45 days, so hopefully i will get my money back. Paypal immediately escalated my dispute to a claim.
Feeling sad and frustrated now but i gave him a chance to deliver before christmas by waiting and giving him the benefit of the doubt.

50 outstanding? From he trading standards visit on Thursday there were 60. So I 3 as he's oly managed to complete and send out 10 orders... Clearly the extra staff aten't helping much! At that rate the other 50 might ten up by next Christmas.... Wat a shambles!! :mad:
