Absolutely (providing they're not bespoke or containing fresh food). But getting the money back is another matter.

problem is 99% of them will contain fresh food surely even just a small slab of Christmas cake is classed as fresh food ??

As a former bank worker, I have been thinking for the past day or so about the refund side of it, like many of you I fall into the more than 45 days on paypal, and my order was under the £100, so to get a claim raised will be difficult. It may be worth speaking to your bank/credit card provider however, and stating to them that you dispute the transaction. It would then be treated as though someone had been spending on your card (like a fraudulent transaction, but obviously had your approval at the time) and they would look into it. I am going to speak to mine and say I spent on it, but goods were not received therefore I want my money back. The timeframe can be a few weeks as they will contact NHC and am pretty sure that if there is no response from them it will be found favourable to you. It's a long shot but might be worth a go.
24 beers in a case - 24 hours in a day. Coincidence?

I have posted another message on trading standards facebook page. Can everyone who isn't getting a delivery do the same so they can see there has been little movement on the orders since their last visit.

It's not the first company he's had. Gift Baskets Galore Ltd was dissolved in 2009.
Registered 05/2006, last accounts filed 05/2007 - looks like that one didn't last long either.......

Same here Misty, nothing for me. Will be interesting to see just how many are delivered today. If it hits double figures I will do a streak down my street :rotfl:

  • Just spoken to Trading Standards again and updated my file with them, also just spoke to my bank and put the payment into dispute.
Not contacting UK mail today as quite frankly I can't be bothered, if anything does turn up then i'll take it from there.
