    If they are bespoke hampers or contain perishable food, then the DSRs don't come into play.

    However, where the hampers are part of a Christmas offer, time was clearly of the essence.

    Unfortunately, getting the money back, or refunds on returned hampers is an entirely different matter. If you paid by Paypal and are within the 45 days, or paid by Visa and it was over £100, then you're probably OK, but other than that I wouldn't hold out much hope. :(

    If they were for pressies and too late, just return them or get him to arrange the return and request a full refund. TBH, I would be very surprised if what you do receive (if you do) will be as advertised

    Merry Xmas to you all and good luck, but again Trading Standards should aid you well. He'll have to satisfy them or risk prosecution.

    Oh and I've just put in my Paypal claim for £77.
    I paid the £10 hamper club membership separately though so I wont get that back!

    Think of all those tenners he gets to keep!!

    Absolutely (providing they're not bespoke or containing fresh food). But getting the money back is another matter.

    problem is and i think the main one is the over £100 one lots of us including me have spent £100 but not as a whole ie the hamper deal for £45+ P and P then adding a honey hamper £24.99 etc and a preserve basket again all done seperately

    and all done more then 45 days ago

    so annoying
