And more to the point, if they were buying them pre-packed, why the lies about staying up all night, and taking on extra staff, to pack them?

Should have been an easy job to stick them into boxes, label them and off they go!

It doesn't make sense does it - and it hardly makes them the "Norfolk" company that they sell themselves as does it?

Sorry to open this new can of worms! Was just surprised when I saw it on the label that they came from Leicester!

I am really unsure at to what to do. Neil agreed to refund me as my order got lost in the post. 8 days later still no cheque but stray hamper has arrived. As I have bought other goods for hamper I am now left with a hamper I don't need. I am in a quandry as to what to do . Should I open hampers and perhaps sell on and recoup some money or hold on in the hope that my money does turn up . I don't want to be left with a xmas hamper in January and no money as I feel he will go belly up and we won't get any money back !
You're either brave or naive believing Neil when he says he'll refund you... Go the Paypal or chargeback route if you want a refund and nothing more to do with this company - goods didn't arrive on time and are therefore unfit for purpose. Keep the hamper safe and tell Neil he can collect it at HIS expense. Good luck!

One thing Getting me is the ONLY 60 ORDERS UNFULFILLED

if it was only 60 those should be very easily identifiable by NHC and surely they should have contacted those people to offer an explanation / refund

I bet if we did a head count here we'd find more than 60 outstanding orders.

Well I'm one of them so somewhere there are 59 unhappy people. I wonder how many who read this thread are part of this saga?
