Those hampers look lovely! If some look a wee bit small. Yours were collected the same date as mine (allegedly) were. If I got something looking like those I would be chuffed cos then I'd at least have something to give on the day.
Can I ask if they are really heavy or quite light and were they in one package or in a few? I apparently have 3 weighing 10? (Dunno if its ten kilos, pound or kippers...... !).
It is such a shame they conducted their business the way they did as based on most of these hampers that have been pictured (with a few notable exceptions) I would have spent a fortune with them over the years...........:(

That is the festive special which should of been a galaxy hamper plus these five, looking at the substitutions it appears NHC have been having supply problems with Fosters (who probably deserve a few complaints themselves for their part in this) & they have repacked & added a few other bits to try & make up for shortages.

I agree, it seems that is the case. But for the love of god why did NHC not take this up with the supplier, explain to customers that there are supply issues, and offer timely refunds to those who won't get their order.
If I'd have had an apology, a cancellation and a refund I would have been happy and would have probably tried another order in the future.:A

defiantly Toto Mrs Cake and I would have done the same accepted a refund gone and sorted out ourselfs with other goods but would have looked again at the company more favorably Because they would have done the right thing this way hes burnt his bridges with too many lies0 -
I don't understand why they bought in pre-packed baskets it would of been far better to of purchased the items separately & pack them themselves. That way they could of said we have x amount of orders so we need x amount of puddings, chutneys, jams etc... if one supplier let them down they could then of simply switched to another brand from a different supplier avoiding an awful lot of problems & still getting all orders out to customers.0

Quite, and it also begs the question over what they have been packaging so hard which makes it impossible for them to answer the phone or emails.:A
