The PCM (South) entry on the AOS members list is new as it wasn't there when I looked up PCM (UK). So I presume they must have a pending membership and cannot yet get DVLA access. So worth keeping an eye on them and reporting avery breach either of the companies is involved in. Especially if a fake PCN from the PCM (South) firm results in threatograms...how would they have got the data?
I could have built a better website and I know nothing about building websites!:rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure how long pcmsouth will be there, on a company site it says "proposal to strike off".
I'll keep an eye on them. I'll see if I can get an email off to the landowner.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
It seems that I was mistaken about pcm south, it was the normal pcm(uk)ltd with the clamping signs up. Have sent new mail to BPA to insist they be removed asap. Interested to see if they bother or cop out.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

DVLA email for general complaints can be the FOI email addy:
foi@dvla.gsi.gov.uk
Mike Butler has also been specifically emailed by some of us:
mike.butler@dval.gsi.gov.uk
but I have never had a reply from him whereas the first email did get a blinkered and TBH fairly useless response from one Elizabeth Symons...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What the heck, I've sent to both, might as well be ignored by 2 as 1.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

I still regularly park in a space which has a sign saying "Private Property - Clamp release fee £50" and I have never been clamped. Even before the 1st October I hadn't been.
And if that space is full I park in another nearby one which is actually a Pizza Hut space, and they still have the PPC clamping signs up! I might point it out to them when I'm next in there.0 -
Reply from BPA,
Good Morning, ""Thank you for the email. Signage that states clamping as an enforcement activity should be removed as soon as possible however, if the signs also state ticketing as enforcement activity then these signs are allowed to still be up. PCM UK have up to April 2013 to remove these signs. ""
As my mail said the signs do not offer a ticketing alternative its obvious they don't read mail.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -
I am getting similar answers from them, or a stock answer that is obviously templated and nothing to do with what is askedExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0
