Got ticked off so sent back mail to them suggesting that they read the email. Last I'll hear from them. Still its a good job I've mailed the dvla about it as well.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Note from DVLA.
Thank you for your email regarding this matter. Unfortunately, as this issue does not concern DVLA data being obtained inappropriately, the DVLA cannot take any direct action. I have however forwarded this information to the BPA to ask them to investigate. I apologise that I cannot offer any further assistance with this matter.
So if DVLA can't help, BPA won't help just who the heck will?????I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
