I still think that remark was funny. Not about her fickleness as Fermi calls it but her brussel sprout story!

Anyway I'm off to spend some quality time with husband as its Christmas time! Good night everyone!

I think I've missed something - see what happens when I spend a couple of nights dealing with a puking child!

SP didnt know your little poppet had been ill,is everything ok now?

Yeah - she's fine now. Got a call on Friday morning from the school asking me to pick her up so we both missed all the fun 'last day before Xmas' stuff. She spent Friday being sick all the time and she wasn't too great yesterday either, but she's ok now. Just a bug that's going round I think.

    Thanks for asking :)

Lol. You make it sound like if you'd had 3 bottles of expensive red wine you would have been ok!

Can't remember the last time I got tea and sympathy when I was ill. Must have still been living at home so we're talking a good 10 years at least.

As you'll be aware, Mums aren't allowed to be ill

She's in my bed at the moment to stay warm anyway, so I was on hand with the bucket! Was sleeping in 20 minute bursts cos every time she coughed I was there, sitting her up and letting her dry retch :(

  • Ok - I'm off to bed now I think. Have got a lot to do tomorrow and then the delightful trek up the A1 to deal with!

Will have to fight my sister for the PC over the next couple of days, so I may not get online.

Just in case, I'll take the chance to say "Merry Christmas" to all of you. Hope you all have a good one :)
