Actually Dalip we always had egg&chips on Mondays too when I was at home ! funny how something triggers a memory!! & seemed to be a set menu every week...can`t ever remember having takeaways & the first time I ever had curry was when I was 17 & had left home!!
Oh the good old days!! (well the 70`s actually)

The only curry i had was those "vesta" boil in the bag rice,and dried curry that you just added water to.This is a bit of both angel,makes a change from"make mine a double".lol

OMG Vesta!!! I think thats what it was...my first curry was Vesta!! :eek: . Also some fried crispy chip/crisp things that came with it!
Put me off spicy food for years.....now I absolutely love curry (Chicken Tikka Jalfrazi that our local Indian takeaway does just how we like it!) Have to be careful re the waistline effects though!!..just workout at the gym a little more often.
Don`t get the heinz babyfood?? how could you eat that...no wonder my kids spat it out when they were babies...tasteless!!

Well there you go, no way i would a farley's and baby food was bland cause it had no salt,which is how it should be:D .
