BH try mixing 1 teaspoon of mustard(any sort) with some honey and putting it on sausages. My "kids" still love em now and they are all in their 20's.How dod you do the bananas?. Not a fish lover(unless it is fried in batter with lots of salt vinegar:D ) but hubby is and likes things like mackeral on the bbq. Tonight we have chinese pork(homemade marinade)with salad, coleslaw and hot baby minted new spuds. Gosh roll on tea time:rotfl:

This is how we do them when we go camping

Split the banana on one side, pour in an serving of an alcoholic beverage of your choice (we use brandy or rum), maybe a bit of sugar and then add some chocolate.

Wrap it in silver foil and place on the bbq for a while (when camping we just put them round the edge of the camp fire for about 15 -20 mins, not sure how long they need to be on a bbq for though)

    Serve with ice cream ;)
