    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

  • Now they have become smartpark you go to the appeal tab and click, all you get is a pay now box.

    So any scam tickets from smart parking can be ignored as they are not in the aos, and the new company whatever they are called should be treated as such by the bpa and go through their rigourous checks to ensure that they are ethical and abide by ico and so on, of course we know its a sham ;) I have asked the bpa to explain this smart parking malarky

    They are not on the list , so a complaint is needed to the dvla and bpa me thinks
