  • Did his friend say anything, I am assuming it was the friend he went to watch footie with, prob the last person to really see him before he left.
Have you phoned your friend up, ask her to come around to yours tonight and crack open a bottle of wine or two, I know it wont solve any problems long time but atleast it will help you sleep. Is he coming home this weekend, as he works away, I know there is loads of stuff you would like to scream at him but would prob be best to not be there or atleast have somebody there with you. I really feel for you at the min, it is such a hard time for you. You are not rambling on at all, they are all the normal things to be thinking about at a time like this, it is so exhausting crying, you are prob now crying because of him and out of tiredness. Make your self a sandwich, something quick and easy, and atleast try and eat it, but as long as you are not a size 0 I am sure you will be ok a couple of days with out food, I know it isnt ideal but. . .

I bet you never had that long hot bath with your fav music on did you

My advice in a breakup is to ignore him totally, no reply to his silly texts, don't answer the phone, let him wonder what you are doing.

As it's his house, if you need to leave at some point, you could always give him a gift to make sure he has plenty of healthy stuff to eat. Get a ton of cress seeds, sprinkle all over the carpets, water well and close the door. In a few days he should have a lovely green carpet applause.gif egg mayo anyone?

    hi thanks for asking,

    i'm feeling alot better,
i'm trying really hard to look after myself,
i'm still having down times but i suppose thats natural,

the only contact i've had was a five minute call in which he said he still loves me but isnt sure what he wants, like i care anymore,

we have alot of practical things to sort out but thats impossible to do when he is still hiding away,
he is going to have to face it sometime,
in a way i'm glad he has left it a while because when he does face it i will be strong again not the wreck i was last week,
    the only is up :j

  • It is so good to know you are ok. The time apart will do you the world of good, you will be strong and hopefully be able to talk to him and not shout and cry, if you stay calm he will get freaked out by it, as if you show him you are gutted that he has left and you need him in your life he will feel so powerful, show him that you dont need him in your life, show him what he is missing, he will then be the one feeling like s**t, and he will not be able to stop thinking about you, Talking is so much more powerful than shouting and crying, it shows him you are strong, and over him (even if you are not), and that he has done you a huge favour and made things easy for you. Chin up babe, you are doing brill, so proud of you
