lol at some of the people in the thread just lying about the card not working? who cares if its still the 2012 design
still 2012 so why really does it matter if a card has a different design?
just a waste of banks time if you ask me. how many of you rang up to lie about your card just think of all the other people trying to get though to report more urgent matters
just my 2 cents0 -

Saying you've lost the card does not necessarily mean new pin numbers as long as the pin is not compromised there is no need for it to be changed.
Think I'll hang onto my 2012 card for now, 3 contactless and one non contactless cards.0 -

Waste of banks time well that's good enough for me.
I hate banks more then the government.0 -
If you've lost or had a card stolen or had fraud on your account, then there's a dedicated service for that. Anything else isn't urgent. So saying people are somehow stopping other more urgent queries is rubbish.Moneyproblems111 wrote: »just think of all the other people trying to get though to report more urgent matters0 -
More than you hate the government, or more than the government hates the banks?BugsyBrowne wrote: »I hate banks more then the government."It will take, five, 10, 15 years to get back to where we need to be.
