Lloyds TSB Debit Card - Not Olympic & Is It Offline?

Just got my classic account with Lloyds TSB.
The card that came with it was the white one with the horse on, and not the Olympic card (Green one).
Girlfriend has the green one on her account.
Are they not handing out the green one now the Olympics has passed?
Would it be an offline card! Starts 4921 81...
