That's such a nice offer, thanks - to be honest we have been given loads, and are a bit over-run, but thank you for being so lovely!

Bundles of childrens clothes sell well on eBay by the way, if you want to make a bit of extra money from them.

Thank you, I did think about selling them on e-bay, but I have never done it before and really wouldnt know where to start? I have got 1 huge suitcase full of newborn to 9 mths, after that I ran out of room and started giving them to charity, they are pretty much all next and debenhams stuff, I will go and have a look in abit on e-bay. The extra money would come in use i suppose.

Sured, i will join your club, I dont exercise, I bought a packet of Milk Chocolate digestives a couple of days ago and bought them to work, I have just had the last 3 for my breakfast. Oh I am going to look great in a bikini in 18 days time when I go on my hols.

Becks - just separate them into the various sizes (ie make up separate bundles of 0-3, 3-6, 6-9 etc), take a few photos - eBay is really user-friendly I find, you can't go wrong really as it takes you through it in a simple way, and you have loads of chances to check your listing and make sure you're happy with it. Next and Debenhams stuff sell really well. :D

  • Big Day today, Grand National day, would normally lose at least 30 quid.

This is the only day wife has a bet so have told her to have her fiver and put a fiver on for me, this will be the only bet of the year for me and Im not going into the bookies and dont want to. Wont even watch the race, going rugby instead.

Becks - Ran last night, absolutely terrible, got chest infection, it was like running with a 20 stone bloke on my back. going Docs Monday to get it sorted. Run down as well but witht the past month that dont surprise me.

    Take care all

  • Sorry to hear you are ill, run down and having a few probs at home, no wonder with the last month though, Yes things will get better, talking from experiance you will have rough patches, things dont automatically go rosey over night, espacially with the circumstance, there is alot to deal with from both of you, but I am so proud of you not having a bet on the National, I joined in on a freebie one on this forum just for a laugh. Times like this with the weather so nice when you just want to go and do something but can't afford it. Your wife is probably feeling the strains of having FULL CONTROL of the money, it really gets me down sorting out everyone getting paid then having OH moaning at me coz we dont have money and it is my fault.
We had a mare of a weekend as well, as you saw on my Friday post's our car failed its MOT miserably, then OH put the car key in back pocket and bent it, when he tried to straighten it, suprise suprise it snapped, being who he is decided to cellotape the two together and put in the ignition, suprise suprise we now have half the key stuck in the ignition, I had to do a 20min walk to take DD to nursery this morning then get a taxi to work, that or 2 buses and today of all days my boss was meeting me at 9 and had to be on time. Now we spent the weekend arguing as we do not have the money to have it fixed, it is OH pay day on Friday (monthly) and mine tomorrow (weekly), so I dont know how he expected any money just floating around incase of an emergency, I have just had to ring my dad to ask him to lend me £20 till I get paid, so i am going to be ringing around a few people inabit to get some prices.
Any body reading this who lives in Leicester PM me if you can come and sort it out, or if you know the best way to do it please I really need to know.
