By the way Im running half marathon in May for local air ambulance, training not going so good as last year, too knackered I think lol

well done you, I am not suprised you are to knackered holding down two jobs, working throughout the night, I couldnt do it, How come you are doing it for the air ambulance, are you hoping they will give you a lift to the end lol

Did it for Cancer Research last year, trying to do differant charity each year, th air ambulance was next on list

Dont worry I am absolutely knackered doing the training, lost over a stone though, I was going to say a few pounds but couldnt bear the jokes coming in - lol

I would like to do something to raise money for the Pituatary foundation, but i really can not run, infact i hate sport, i used to love it. do you do it every year then?
