Cheers Beate,
I will call up as soon as the wife gets off the phone.....!0 -
Please say I have calculated correctly the interest on my claim. I added up all charges and then added 8% onto the total and not individually.
Thanks0 -

All contact addresses are available on the bank reclaim section of the main website.
I telephoned Abbey to confirm the address and the one in Bradford was the one that they gave me0 -
Fumingforcash,
Sorry but you need to add the interest to each charge individually. You are asking them for the 8% statutory interest the court would award you from the date the money was taken off you - and as each charge is made on separate dates the interest varies.
Use the calculator on the main page for Reclaiming charges - it does all the work for you!
Good luck! i just tallied my charges and with interest it is just over £2000 - letter in the post tomorrow!0 -
Might be too late for today, they only answer from 9am - 5pm.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
£175 Abbey Mortgage Repayment Fee, £170.03 Capital One Bank Charges £418.07 Lloyds TSB Bank Charges, £2,671.55 Mis-sold Endowment Policy, all for OH0 -
