Update - collection only item that she wanted posted

Thats a shame, I would still open an unpaid dispute, as you have refunded it will show as unpaid. It was her choice not to collect therefore she deserves a NPB strike, best wishes.0

Just remember what goes around comes around, she will get her just desserts.0

I agree, she is essentially refusing to pay according to the terms you had laid out.0

Just in case you've not already done it......make sure you alter your ebay settings to ensure that this !!!!!! cant bid on anymore of your listings.
Please try to ignore whats happened & get on with it....theres always one!!!0 -
No matter how many times you jump through hoops sometimes you just can't win.
I had a negative left from a newbie saying item was fit for the bin. It was actually brand new with a tag on it. I think she confused me with someone else but wouldn't respond to my querying email.0 -

I had a buyer from Eastern Europe message me to say she hadn't received the bag she had bought - to which I replied you didn't buy a bag from me you bought a dressing gown. She was very nice, she had received my item just got mixed up between sellers.lol.0 -
Thanks everyone, she paid for it & I refunded the money (all of 99p) and explained that I couldn't courier it as 1, I can't stay in all day waiting for a courier, 2, the item is a 5ft floor lamp and v.fragile - for which I didn't want to pack!
Never mind! shi!t happens!
A 5ft lamp!! Bought for 99p. She can't be serious! Having got a neg and a neutral within a short space of time just before Easter I know how you feel. You do you're best to make a bit extra then get this sort of grief. (Funny it's always from buyers with this kind of feedback score!) I thought that it would put buyers off but as mentioned, a factual reply (best after cooling down) lets anyone see the actual facts - and your dispute is SO obviously in your favour. And believe me you'll still get loads of bids on your other stuff!0 -
Can't see what this fuss is over feedback at all.
Having "a number" of negatives won't stop me buying from someone - I will just spend more time perusing the feedback comments and overall picture before deciding whether to bid/buy. I find that all this "must have 100% feedback at all costs" has me running for the sick bucket - it's pathetic. Even worse is the fact you started blubbing over it  - don't you have a life outside Ebay?

Your post makes me want to say "MEN!", even though I am a member of that sex myself0 -
"I am so upset I am in tears."
Erm, why?As a PowerSeller, I never leave feedback first. The reason I do this is because I know how much it winds the people on the forums up... :beer:0
