Have you tried 'no screen time' for 30-60 mins before bed? Might help with sleeping....NST March lion #8; NSD ; MFW9/3/23 Whoop Whoop!!!0

No, it's usually 15 minutes. I don't have any trouble falling asleep but then I wake up when Mr MWC comes to bed, I wake up because I need to pee, I wake up when Mr MWC gets up to pee, I wake up because I'm too hot...
I've been to the gym for an hour this morning and now I'm just waiting for it to stop raining before I walk into town to run some errands.Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Hehe, I am impressed on your caffiene - I couldn't do it. But last week I was in bed by 9.30pm every night so it's clearly not impacting.0

I drink de-caf with the occasional 'proper' coffee. I am in bed by 9pm most nights! I do find though if I have a proper coffee it doesn't give me the energy boost I assume it will.Nov 2025 - part 1 - £13,878 part 2 - £20,953 Total - £34,832 24 months to go!0

Weigh day... I only lost 0.5 lb this week
but that is half a stone in a fortnight :j
Plans for today:
- dead head pansies/tidy pots
- rearrange pots/bring some into the conservatory
- pull up the last few annuals/tidy up the perennials but there's not much left to do in the flowerbeds
- get the new leaf blower/vac out of the box and use it
- clean chicken coop
- frost protection for my salad leaves
- lots of laundry
- clean bathroom
- choose & order nephew's 1st birthday & Christmas gifts from his wishlist (I've been waiting until my dad is here and I'll order presents from Grandad as well)
- write his birthday card whilst Mr MWC is here so it is ready to post mid-week
- prep what I can food-wise for the next few days (I've already meal planned and WW-pointed for the whole week!)
I was going to order Mr MWC's Christmas present but I've just found out that he's away most of the next 5 weeks
so plenty of time for it to be delivered without him seeing it... Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
