Roll on 12:45 tomorrow and the start of my weekend
Waiting (and waiting... and waiting...) for a colleague to deliver his phase of a very high priority project before I can complete mine - starting to get a bit stressed now, his reports are really late and I'm not sure he knows what he's supposed to be doing :wall:
1. Went to the gym [3/20]
2. 30/30 WW points [4/32]
3. 1 coffee [4/32]
4. Drank 2 L water [4/32]
5. Pooped - planning to be in bed very soon [4/32]
6. No rubbish TV - tempted as Mr MWC is out schmoozing a big boss but had a bath instead [4/32]
7. At the dentist first thing but didn't dawdle/run errands in town afterwards so counting that as at my desk on time [4/32]
8. LO root vegetable frittata & lots of homegrown salad for dinner [2/32]
9. Dentist counts as a necessary spend; I didn't go near a shop or buy anything online! [2/32]Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
Mortgage-free: January 2021

Regarding item 5) on your to do list - I honestly thought you'd put 'spend some time on the toilet' on your to do list. - life should never get that bad.Outstanding mortgage: £23,181 (December 19)

I stepped on the scales this morning and... I've lost 6.5 lb since Monday  I've never, ever lost that much in 1 week before.
I had hoped to lose 10 lbs this month but now I'm revising that to 1 stone
No time for sitting around this morning as The Dads & That Woman are coming for lunch @ 1 pm and I really need to do some housework before they arrive...
LO hula pork (from the freezer) followed by mincemeat crumble cake (made using a very old jar of HM mincemeat that I found at the back of a cupboard) & vanilla ice-cream (one of yesterday's unnecessary spends - well I consider it to be unnecessary as I won't be having pudding :A:rotfl:)Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
