Sounds like you too, have a busy day planned. Sounds very similar to my day (half planned), without the dinner and cocktails.

Good Luck and enjoy your cocktails with dinner tonight, will be well deserved if you manage to get through your massive list of "to do's" today.
Always have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's

  • Well so far I've done a big fat zero from The List... it started raining heavily just as I got home so outdoor tasks will rollover to tomorrow.

Off to make a start on the conservatory before lunch (fresh sushi )

I've not even looked at my list let alone done any of it :o. Did try to do one thing but phone call went unanswered. Shocking!

  • We've been much more productive today :T

    * Mow the lawn - done
    * Deadhead & tidy up the flower beds & pots - done
    * Pressure wash chicken coop - done
    * Pressure wash outside & deep-clean inside of conservatory - done
    * Clean windows inside & out - 1/2 done
    * Put stuff in the loft - done
    * Take more stuff to the tip - done
    * Nag Mr MWC to tidy his office (the alternative is I do it one evening this week whilst he's out of the country and I'm not sure that he'll think that's an acceptable alternative!) - done and I only had to ask once :)
    * Make lists of things-to-do for the rest of the week - not yet

    + 4 loads of laundry

    No not you sweetie :D.

Phone call done, selling a mattress tomorrow for €10 - means I need to leave the house in the afternoon when it's at the hottest, but needs must :rotfl:. It's at the apartment and I need to go there anyway to sort a few things out. And it's forecast to be cooler tomorrow - thank goodness :T.

Well done on your progress - much more impressive than mine! I did do computer based admin for a few hours but nothing to tangibly see for it!

Hope you've let Mr MWC out of the study!

  • Is it the party today muddy?

I hope that SIL adores her choccy avocado cake - and thinks you the bees knees for making it :D

  • Morning

Yes, it was the big family get together yesterday :j

The chocolate avocado cake was a huge success with everyone not just SIL who was very appreciative of our efforts (we also made mayonnaise so that she could eat the coleslaw) :) I did freak out a bit on Friday evening when I found out that my nephew now reacts to avocado (projectile vomiting) and banana (rash) :( but it only seems to be when he eats them directly not via her.

I was hoping for a lie in this morning BUT The Girls kicked off at 05:15

The new kitchen has been trashed  so I need to reclaim that today and meal plan for the rest of the week (pulled pork and cake for breakfast, lunch and dinner probably - I over-catered again...)
