muddy - I've not used this recipe, but I was looking for interesting things to do with runner beans, and came across one that utilises tempeh. Only 120g of it, but still!
Sambal French and runner beans with tempeh

Thanks Greying :T
My runner bean seeds haven't germinated - I may have to buy runner beans
We had Laura Wright's sesame garlic noodles with broccoli, basil & crispy tempah for dinner yesterday. It was ok but I didn't think it was up to her usual deliciousness but, after we'd eaten, Mr MWC realised he'd forgotten to add the spring onion and basil
I stopped at a roadside stall selling local organic plums, greengages and damsons yesterdaybut the cherry orchard near where I work hasn't been open to the public this year
Went to bed at 03:30 so needless to say I'm a bit lethargic today - need to pull my finger out and do a bit of housework as The Dads & That Woman are due at 16:00Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

OMGoodness - be prepared to take out a 2nd mortgage then  They are a horrendous price. Substitute french beans?
The roadside stall sounds grand. Not alot like that around here
Right, off for a picnic - only to the local park, and only taking what we would have had for lunch anyway, but still

Dinner was lovely - beer can chicken, southern-style potato salad, sure fire 'slaw & corn on the cob followed by roast plums served with yogurt, toasted almonds & honey - shame about the company...Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

muddy - were the 'Hang Fire' girls on C0untryf1le with Matt Baker a couple of weeks ago? I didn't see the whole prog, just at the end where they were on a beach somewhere and set a barbie going. The only reason I ask is because I assumed incorrectly that they were american recipes in orgin and then saw where the restaurant was located. Have you been there?

No idea Greying - sorry - and we haven't been to Barry! The book was Mr MWC's birthday present from my brother.
I'm feeling a little more groomed - facial on Friday afternoon, haircut yesterday, tidy nails, work clothes ironed so I'll have time to squirt perfume and put a bit of lippy on before leaving the house tomorrow morningMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
