I was struggling to get motivated this morning so I wrote a list and took great satisfaction in ticking each task off...then rewarded myself with brunch0 -
Yesterday's leftovers for lunch - chicken shawarma, lettuce and coriander salad & lemon creme fraiche (recipe from Sainsbury's Magazine) with green rice (Thomasina Mier's recipe), wholemeal pitta, pickled green chillis and green olives - could definitely do with a nap now zzzzMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

I got my second wind and got all my jobs done :T
Pineapple, cashew, coconut, spring onion & cardamom rice salad with hula pork (the pork shoulder joint slow cooked in pineapple juice, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, cider vinegar, sriracha, ginger & garlic) and roasted peppers for dinner - another new recipe that is a keeper - followed by chaunsa mango for dessert
