We're doing quite well decluttering the fridge/freezer/larder :T
Yesterday: lamb burgers (last of the 1/2 lamb we bought last year) defrosted; deconstructed; mixed with red onion, toasted pine nuts, coriander, mint, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and S&P, and made into kofte. Served with wholemeal pitta, HM tzatziki and roasted BNS & beetroot
Today: HM Vietnamese beef noodle soup (beef stock and cooked shin of beef from the freezer, rice noodles from stores)
And I'm baking a chai, apple & coconut tea loaf to take into work tomorrow. All ingredients from stores (ancient chai tea bags, an unopened, OOD packet of ground hazelnuts used instead of ground almonds, apple from the freezer and some sad looking dates soaked in brandy first!)

I pay £7 for 15 minutes and usually manage to get 2 appointments each month
15 minutes is just long enough for her to sort out my neck/shoulders/back - 30 minutes would be better but I'd rather have 2 x 15 minutes than 1 x 30 minutes
I've managed to book a free appointment next week as part of my employer's health day :TMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
