LO haggis for dinner - a variation on Cyrus Todiwala's haggis & potato cakes (oven-baked as a swede & potato-topped pie rather than deep-fried :A) served with sprouts stir-fried with mustard seeds, nigella seeds & curry leaves and his spiced ketchup

  • I had a free chiropody session this afternoon :T My feet aren't too revolting but I do neglect them so my healthy habit for February is to use foot care cream twice a day every day and I've just ordered myself a big tub of CCS cream (41% off and TCB)

I've earned a new fitbit badge :D Since joining on 7 February 2015, I have walked 3,007 km - the full length of Japan!
