I missed an earlier post and so was temporarily convinced you were knitting little hats for your hampers - but understand now!
Hope you have a good hot bath / shower - and that you complained at hotel and got a free future stay ...

  • I was just about to complain when she mentioned that I was on a special discounted business rate and, as I wasn't spending my own money, I decided not to bother.

Mr MWC informed me that he had a "spare" £2000 in his current a/c :exclamati:exclamati:exclamati so he has transferred £1000 to his S&S ISA, given me £500 for the mortgage (so close to the 60s :T) and is saving £500 for Christmas presents :D

Are you sure? After all, the truth is actually that they are being knitted to support Age UK to help keep senior citizens warm this winter........ I can just see the cogs whirring wondering how those hats are gonna fit said senior citizens.......... :rotfl: Mmmmm 'When fact becomes stranger than fiction'......

Love your hamper contents and decorations MWC - beautiful and thoughtful, as ever. Presents that show the recipient is cherished, given the level of thought, hard work and attention to detail that you expend on each hamper :D :T
