I'm glad to see that there's at least one other person trying to avoid putting the central heating on. We were house sitting yesterday and I couldn't figure out for the life of me why I'd suddenly felt a terrible blast of heat when I walked into a room.... then I remembered that radiators are a thing!0

Just having a quick cup of tea and catch-up before I start peeling/coring/chopping more pears. It looks like I might have over-estimated wastage so I should have enough pears to pickle as well... it's never-ending!
