  • I haven't used mse forums for years: but moved to this house 2008 and started overpaying.


    Very shortly I'm clearing the extra money borrowed.(on a 2nd mortgage)


    Which leaves 84k to pay.


    With the money gained from from paying early and with everyhtong crossed. Then MF 4/5yrs


    Yippee.... just in time to pay unit feess
