Eggs IN 5
Eggs OUT 0
Miss Tilly and Miss Effie are settling in well and mingling with the other chooks :T
Miss Clarissa tries to keep out of the way of the others and is definitely bottom chook but she seems happy enough (she ate mealworms out of my hand this afternoon :T)
I decided against a second nap in the end; however, I will definitely be having an early night!Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Eggs IN 6 (including all 3 newbies :T)
Eggs OUT 16 (1 box sold for £1.50, 10 used in a frittata for dinner)
My compensation claim has been accepted by the airline but it could take up to 90 days for the money to be paid...Mortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000

Ay up MWC - so lovely to have you back with us
The compensation is great, but I expect you'd have rather just not had the hassle in the first place.....
I love the new chook photo. I think Miss Effie looks very noble and confident in the pic. She seems to have grown as well?? I also love Miss Tilly's pose - she's really *rocking* her tail isn't she? It's like all those pics you see of Ms V B3ckham, she always 'poses' with one leg in front of the other, a model pose I guess. Miss Tilly is always making sure her tail is set off in a similarly stylish manner
Hope you have a great Friday.

There's barking mad - and then there's GP :rotfl::T.
(PS I agree
) A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Oh, so very sorry to hear about the loss of yet another chicken. Is it a bug? (I do not know much about chooks) But might be worthwhile isolating the newcomers from the others?
I know you are interested in gardening. On the Grabbit thread, there is an offer for bulbs/perennials for 1p from leadthegoodlife (but actually T&M ones) with free shipping code in the discounts board.Mortgage: @ Feb. 2007: £133,200; Apr. 2011: £24,373; May 2011: £175,999; Jun 2013: ~£97K; Mar. 2014 £392,212.73; Dec. 2015: £327,051.77; Mar. 2016: ~£480K; Mar. 2017 £444,445.74

Too late
I slept until 09:15 this morning (unheard of - I must have been tired) but now I have a stonking "slept too long" headache
Mr MWC is currently multi-tasking... watching one game of footie on the TV and listening to another on the radio!
However, he has already done the supermarket shop :T
