I can't believe that this time I thought it might actually happen... I'm so disappointed in myself
I've been trying to get a career progression plan for 3 years. Last year my boss had a half-hearted attempt; however, this year I think he really did try. According to him, local HR are in agreement but global HR aren't interested. The problem is that my current role (the one that far exceeds my job description :mad:) doesn't map on to the company-wide career ladder...
