A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

MWC ..thanks for the sausage lentil prune dish mention. We had it this evening...yummy! Used a lot less prunes as per your recommendation and just perfect. Mr Watty wants to try with lemons instead of prunes now and I think that might work so it will be on the menu again in short space of timeMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!0 -

I'm seriously loving the resolutions - mindfulness, facewash at the end of the day, exercise - yep, ticks all the way (for *needing* to do it, not *doing* it, unfortunately).
Best of luck!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

1. 25 NSDs 23/25 - I'm pleased with this as the low spends on the 2 "missed" days were considered before I parted with my money :T
2. Grocery and chicken treat budget = £40 cash + vouchers/points/coupons (excl. chieftain haggis for Burns supper) I lost count of my spending; however, if all the costs of the Burns supper for 16 are excluded, I don't think that I was significantly overspent!
3. Walk 75 miles 60.5/75 - could do better!
4. No alcohol 31/31 :T
5. No chocolate 31/31 :T
6. Lose 8lbs 8/8 - should have been more after the fantastic start I had but never mind I met my targetMortgage at highest (April 2008): ~£195,000
