Tilly x2004 £387k 29 years - MF March 2033:eek:
2011 £309k 10 years - MF March 2021.
Achieved Goal: 28/08/15 :j0 -
Thanks Tilly & GG

My original target was:
102. muddywhitechicken. Reduce my mortgage from £165,520 to £125,000.
However, I always had a secret stretch goal of reducing the mortgage to £100,000 and this is achievable if we overpay by £1000/month for the next 2 years.
So my new not-so-secret stretch goal is to reduce the mortgage to £88,775. This equates to having paid off the further advance and only having the original mortgage left

I won't make my stretch goal if I continue to spend as much in the supermarkets as I have in the past 2 days...
I'll definitely have to do a frugal (and dry) January again
