I did try to make a crisp sandwich once before, and quite fancy trying my hand at this again.

2 slices thick cut seeded wholemeal bread
Butter
1 bag mature cheddar & red onion kettle chips
Spread butter on bread
Tip bag of crisps on 1 slice of buttered bread
Top with second slice of bread
Press down to squish the crisps
