Not even a splash of bright colour, e.g. a cushion, GG?
Dark grey sofas - does that count :o. Bright candlesticks and candles :T. And em......... that's it really :rotfl:. Oh, and bright table runner.

Oo I'll put that book on my wishlist Natty - I love colour!!!

I have this wallpaper in my living room with teal curtains, lampshade, chair & rug and a lime green sofa

    DAMPCA106_frame.jpg

The kitchen is painted in Crown dragonfly (petrol blue)

Our bedroom is painted in Dulux Damson Dream 4 (deep plum) with cream, bright pink & teal floral bedding, a plum gloss chest of drawers from Habitat, a dark grey chest of drawers & bedside cabinet from Ikea and a teal stool that I'm using as a bedside table

The third bedroom/Mr MWC's office is painted white with a Dulux Ruby Fountain 5 (coral pink) feature wall, charcoal grey desk, red accessories, charcoal grey/multi-coloured (incl. coral pink & red) duvet cover and a grey gloss Ikea storage unit

The bathroom is tiled white with black horizontal stripes, sparkley dark grey floor tiles and orange/maroon/teal & orange towels

The hall/stairs/landing is painted in Dulux Night Jewels 6 (dove grey) with dark grey wallpaper with bright yellow birds in birdcages on the long wall

The dining room is quite dull in comparison - black, grey and silver :rotfl:

I really have no need to buy House Beautiful, Idea Home etc. Although pictures would help MWC:D

    PS. Wallpaper is fab:T

  • Here you go Natty!

Since I took these photos I've bought some artificial apple blossom for the grey vase

Once the decorators have gone and I've tidied up/moved things back to where they belong, I'll take some photos of the rest of the house (if you want me to) :D

Gorgeous MWC, I love your bedding ( oh and your bed!). If this is a taste of the rest of your house, you must have a really beautiful home :)

My house is definitely a work in progress....

I'm sure it's not GG - it sounds very sophisticated... whereas mine's a bit loud & tarty :rotfl:

I can assure you, my house is a wreck - bare plaster board, peeling wallpaper, not one room is finished.

    I don't entertain much ;)
